I have a 14,000lb tube and fin cooler mounted in front of the condensor so it gets the colder air. It's in series after the radiator on the driver side and drops the the AFT temperature 15 degrees. I use the a/c in the summer and this arrangement doesn't blow hotter air onto the tranny cooler. I also have a diverter valve to bypass the cooler in the winter and the external AFT filter.
