I think there maybe mistakes so if so please yell.

Tony yes there is a problem with those numbers. You are assuming that the combustion chamber is a cylinder, so that each 0.5mm shaved will result in a reduction of 3.7cc, but the chamber is not round, it is a flat sided oval, so the cut of 0.5mm of the chamber, won’t yield 3.7cc, it will be a lot less.
You would need to cc the chamber to see what volume that shaved 0.5mm would be.
