That is impressive. We have the same service from our local medical center (hospital). No mountains to complicate the rescue in Florida. Most pilots are ex-military flyers. If you are a working person with medical insurance, they will charge your insurance. If you do not have insurance, the government covers the cost from the taxes we pay. No one is refused service in an emergency.
