Use white vinegar, all others are flavored, ie; apple, wine, tarragon.
white vinegar is the simple form, no complexities. Also, if you have hard water never never put it in your window washer tanks. Lesson I learned from Palm Springs, worst water for spots on the planet. Here on the Oregon coast water spots are unheard of, put Oregon coast water in everything, except the SVX radiator, too much iron in the local water.
