A lot of SVX's were left over from year to year. Leftover 92's were sold in 93, leftover 94's were sold in 95...etc. Subaru didn't sell leftover 92's as 93 models......its just that a lot of 92's went unsold until 1993 and therefore are counted in the 1993 total SVX sales. This is what makes it difficult to know just how many of each year were produced. All we know is how many were sold each year, and unfortunately each year's sales numbers include cars that were built one year but sold in another!

If there are more than 301 93's then where are they??? They seem to be seriously lacking on this forum. If the 93 production was in the thousands like the 92 was, wouldn't there be A LOT more 93 owners on this forum??
