Tonight I compared the 9011 in the low beam lights against the Cool Blues. There is little difference. They are brighter, but not all that much. When we checked the high beams, look out. They are significantly brighter than anything I have compared. They are great.
So, I would suggest getting the 9011s for your bright lights, but not the low beams unless you want to. I have the cool blues in my low beams and the 9011 in the brights and that is the best value for your $$$$.
