find a top notch tranny shop, have them take out 10 quarts and put in 10 or 11 quarts of what ever you think is best. They will know how to get the old ATF out of the TC. Also have them replace or clean the in/tranny screen filter and check the solenoid pack.
My BEST advice is to change all 10 quarts of ATF at 15,000 mile intervals.
