It is extremely unwise of them to sell this kit without insisting on fitting a water injection kit.
Say for argument's sake you added a water/meths injection kit for an extra $500 or so.
Assuming [entirely possible!] the fluid injection brings the cooling efficiency to 80% and the boost pressure [which is controlled by a dump valve setting] was raised to 9 or 10 lbs, then the engine would be making well over 400 hp crank.
So for $5500 they are selling a piece of crap, while for $6000 you could be making enough hp to give your transmission and your tyres some problems!
Unimaginative marketing.
