Yes. Every K-Paxian knows that. I was just under the impression that Nemesis had emptied his tank to find out about his fuel consumption. I didn't think I was revealing a lost dark age secret.

As for the cars getting more mileage being slower. it occurs to me that they'd logically be running leaner, thus making more power than one running richer.
