I stopped by and told Dave that I wanted to hand him money for the 'shakedown' weekend. He said that he couldn't take it today. They were moving the office and I had to see him next week. I explained that I didn't want to get pushed out because of too many cars. I told him that I didn't know if I was bringing primer black 46 Dodge or black and white SVX.
He said that I was 'in' if I showed up in a CAB!

Anyway, Shakedown will be several/many 'things' that are included in an AX course and a lot of them will have timing lights set up. You will be able to practice till you are tired, run out of gas or 'cord' your tires!!!
Sort of like a 'school' for the auto-cross. Instructors WILL be there to ride with you!
