You have to hope that it's Solenoid C and not the tailhousing being ruined. The easiest way to check this is if you put in the FWD fuse, does it go away. If it's a 4EAT and the binding goes away with the FWD fuse in, the Solenoid is shot. If it doesn't, it's the rear/tail housing. See this link: http://legacycentral.org/library/torquebind.htm
