sounds like a good deal, if it doesn't need a tranny. i bought mine two years ago for 4000. since then i have invested approx. 5 g's... new radiator, tranny, wheel bearings, and i totalled it. it's fine now, only upgrades... k&n filter, ngk iridiums, and a wrx scoop. good luck.
