sad to dreg this up from the past, but the roofing company is finally coming out tomorrow morning (Thursday 20 Jan 05) - at least that's what the message on my answering machine says.
What's happened since the last posting:
My wife and I fixed our fence using lots of labor and a few bucks for 5 new posts.
My wife and I put up a new shed with lots of labor and about $900 in materials (but still needs siding). Two improvements were made - I've got both 120 & 220 Volt service out there, and I went from a 8X12 to a 10X14 building (metal roof, soon to be vinyl siding, two windows, and a sliding vinyl pocket door).
FlameTech (local fireplace company) put on a new chimney cap to the tune of $1,048.88
