Sorry I wasn't more clear > Yes all joined members put in monthly dues (lets call it)and as you said one menber will be drawn each month to use the funds on his or her mod or fix ( and would have to supply reciepts of the work done back to the admin.).Then the drawn member can not be redrawn for at least 6 months(ie: have there name put back in the pool) or as you said 12?
