I didn't have either when I did mine...so I used my chest
...man those 4EAT's are heavy...no really I used a floor jack...(it got it MOST of the way down before it fell off
)
I've got a bike jack now (which has hooks to attach straps too), so if i need to do it again, it'll be easier...
