They now cut out the rust and Epoxy Glue in a new piece of either fiberglass or sheet metal .

sorry for the confusion, the hose is connected but not in the picture.
i used fiberall and fiberglass to fix the holes.
i will later paint under the plastic with Rusolium paint.
i still weld at times, this time i chose not to.
