B) Cigarette lighter: You probably blew the fusible link in the base of the lighter. You will have to take out the lighter assembly and either put in a new one or replace the fusible link with a piece of copper wire. I did that a couple of years ago with no problems since. Here is a link to the threads on removing the lighter.
C) the spoiler nut you need us Subaru P/N 902600009. Goes for about .40 each

D) There is no cover that goes over the thin vertical opening. I guess you are supposed to be able to see the washer tubing and use it as some sort of a gauge of how much washer fluid you have. The only two covers that remove inside the trunk are the curved gray plastic doors that cover the tail light/turn signal bulbs .(see attachment)
