I do not feel that it is so broken it should be smashed for a refund. If anyone wants it it is theres for the mere price of shipping.

Subeman, I appreciate greatly your efforts to make this right. I do not feel cheated or lied to, it was a simple oversight. I do not feel like my money should be refunded because you do not have the piece and I do. Someone here most likely does not have one and would like to cover their throttle body.

I am no longer unhappy with this purchase. Shipping was quick and all questions were promptly answered.
