so needle nose vise grips and try to yank whats left of the old key out...

well ill give it a try - whats the best pulley to use

i want to stay stock size, maybe go one piece

edit -

just tried to get the woodruff out and it broke in two - one piece is still wedged under the timing pulley and the other is about 100 feet away cause i got mad and chucked it as hard as could...

needless to say i now need to pull the whole front of the motor apart cause the timing belt has to come off so the timing gear can come off so the keyway can be repaired...
