Yes Lee that is correct. It is rust-free. Just needs a little body work and paint prep and she is ready to dance!
BTW, if anyone on here who lives back east in PA or NJ for example is interested in the car, I could probably drive it from Oklahoma and close the deal out there. We have several pipeline jobs ongoing in the area and I could maybe use that as an excuse to visit those jobs and drive the SVX instead of my truck. Or, just rent a U-Haul trailer at the buyer's expense and pull it out there, or most anywhere in between Oklahoma and NJ with my truck. Just a thought.
