Pa SUCKS for rates too. Lived there for 39 years.
As the years went by, it seemed all the insurance companies increased the rates for all areas close to Philadelphia. Yep, lived almost 90 minutes away and still had to pay for all those uninusred and underinsured motorists. And the congestion, and the commuters.....
