Do a search and you will find it is a frequent problem. I had it myself and re-torqueing the nuts cured it.

The rotors are also secured by the lug nuts. If torqued incorrectly, the rotors cannot expand evenly when hot, hence the warping. If this doesn't cure it, you may be too late and new rotors will then be needed.
