I've power-washed it a whole bunch of times before with no ill effects. I think once or twice over the years I managed to get enough water on the engine (my Legacy?) to have it stumble some when re-started. It always looks so much nicer afterwards; the dust, dirt and oil goes away.

Obviously you've goto be a little careful where you spray, but as I said, I've done it lots of times.
