stolen svx??
My dad is a police captain in upstate NY.
Recently he was cruising through a ghetto section of the city and came across a pearl and black with a bunch of people standing around it. Naturally, due to the area he was in and the car being a little out of its element, he figured there was a good chance it was stolen.
He stopped and went up to ask who owned it
He asked the proclaimed owner what kind of car it was - he knew it was an svx.
He asked the owner who makes it - he knew it was subaru.
He then asked him if he had any problems with it.
When the guy replied that he had replaced the tranny and wheel bearings I guess my dad was convinced he was the actual owner and wished him a happy day.
I wonder if it was anyone from here?
