My receipts are all tucked away in chronological order in a filing cabinet at home, but I've also got a mini spiral notebook in the glovebox with date/mileage/cost of all repairs & maintenance. You never know when you'll need this stuff and I've always found it best to keep it with the car. It's come in handy more than once.

Nice work though. My filing cabinet is no where near as organized as that. I've noticed that the print always fades on these receipts, hence the backup in the car, do the clear sleeves help preserve the records?
