I have thought about it - rims being powder coated that is. But I probably wouldn't go to the marine guys. They don't worry to much about finish quality - their more about protection. I've also found a guy who claims to do good enough work to pass the muster for motorcycle gas tanks, but I've not seen any of it yet.
I'm still trying to decide on a color for the car. Of course just going back OEM is easiest, but..... See attached: I wish I could see the car in real life because I really like what I think is shown - black top, silver middle, graphite bottom.
