If you go to the Redmond emissions test station, they only have a single axle dyno, so they skip all the "load" tests on your AWD vehicle(s).
It's easy to pass that way.
Same thing down in South Hill (Puyallup). My GSX wouldn't have passed under load. hehe... passed like a champ since i told them it was AWD an they skipped all the dyno tests.
(Don't mention you have a FWD fuse...)
