Not sure if this will help..I have a samsung SL620.
On my Samsung the manual shutter speed and aperture settings were only available if I had my camera "Night scene" mode. Once in night scene mode when I hit menu, the options were there.
I see you camera also does a night scene mode, maybe you controls are buried in there too.
Your pics made me decide to poke around in the menus, I didn't know I had shutter and aperture until this morning.
