Most likely the rear main seal, or a valve cover that didn't seal. Just out of curiosity, did you replace the seals around the spark plugs, and the little seals around each valve cover bolt? The little seal around each bolt are expensive, but will leak if you dont replace them.

Ofcourse I replaced each and every seal on both sides valve covers.... -Pavan
