Harry, Beav is right about the leather. Only the Touring package had leather seats and they all have the sunroof as well. When I bought my 92 LS the dealer tried to say it was a leather interior (no spoiler either) but it was just his ignorance. The LS came with a great imitation suede that I prefer over the smooth leather. It is warmer and cooler than the leather, grips you better, matches the suede on the dash (same dash in either trim option), and is incredibly durable and very tear resistant. Aside from the fact that only the LS-L had the sunroof, I prefer the LS over the touring package. I also prefer the SVX without the spoiler, the way it was intended to be.

I would definitely be concerned about the engine. Have it checked by a Subaru mechanic. Any oil that got into it when the gasket was repaired would definitely all burned out by now. Just make sure you by with your head and not your heart. Love can definitely make you blind and these cars are notorious home wreckers!
