MAF sensor numbers

Well if you've kept up on all the recent MAF topics you will note that i've had a problem..... So today I went to the pick and pull by St. Louis and found a MAF that looks exactly the same I'd like to say its from a legacy but I don't know (fairly stripped) the old numbers are 22680(match) aa200(think match) a36-601(don't think match) and R62(new one R60) and the only problem I have found is that it doesn't like to be just under power from 1600-2000 rpms. And thats where it does an ever so slightly power surge/fall. So I have one question Does anybody know if this will correct (I've run with no MAF for the last week now) or if maybe its permanent and I just have to deal....'Cause at 1/10th the price of a new one I really can't say no right now.
