I've had and lost a lot of tools, but never heard of this one. What is it? When I removed my bolts I used an old obsolete Craftsman extension that has a lock button that keeps the socket from coming off and then used additional extensions.

OT usually removes the alternator and uses a large extension to get beck to the TC bolts...

Either way, you need to use caution otherwise you will round them off. It is also possible to get the bolts by going between the steering rack and the subframe with a ratcheting flew head 12mm wrench added with some creative positioning if it is absolutely needed.
