If its anything like my old CBR 600, which had about 70 hp according to most sources, it shouldn't have any trouble with 120mph. I hit an indicated 140 on that thing once. Don't know if it could go higher because at that point I didn't care. Took it home and didn't ride it again for several weeks.
The first bike I looked at was an 87(?) 700 Interceptor. It was a nice looking bike (design wise) but appears to have been in much worse condition then yours. I still like the looks of Interceptors and yours looks like its in good shape.
