I also live in Vancouver, WA and have a totaled SVX with only 97000 miles on the engine. This engine has had the timing belt, waterpump and cam seals replaced less than 10k miles ago.
PM me if you're interested in the lower mileage engine in trade or whatever. My interest is in keeping your SVX on the road, as mine is beyond repair.
