Apparently the dealer in NY state where I bought my 97 in 2005 felt this way...they had it in the showroom for 3 months. I had been watching it for a price reduction. After 3 months the price went up! When I asked the manager why the price was going up on a car they couldn't sell, he explained they liked keeping it because it brought people into the showroom wondering what it was!
