That's a hard one to call.
Go to the How-to locker above, locate and do the AC diagnostic.
Mine recently stopped blowing on Auto. It was low on gas. If the temp differentials are wrong, not enough gas, the thing is programmed to shut down to save the compressor. The gas contains the oil which lubes the compressor. So not enough gas equals not enough lube equals blown compressor, ergo it shuts off.
However, I could still get the fan to run manual on 1 or 11 or 111, so your problem may be different.
Do the diagnostic, it runs through all servos, doors, motors routines, and reports a code if something is amiss.
If no code, suspect low gas.
