Usually on Memorial day they will have a flag cerimony for those people wishing to properly dispose of their rapidly deteriating flags.

Thanks for checking and not just thowing it away.

On a side note the only proper placement of an american flag on a vechile is the right front corner of the vehicle and must be attached firmly as to NOT fall off.
