We have several of these in our research center. Some are for plastics and some are for metals. Our systems use high power lasers to melt the powder versus using chemical binders. We can make extremely small parts with very fine features at high tolerances.
If someone had a cad file of what they wanted made, I could probably get it done as I know the people that run that department.
