<<<2) I had the tires balanced and rotated on the '92 Sat. morning. I am pleased to report that the high speed, 65+ mph, vibration is gone. The Yoko AVS dBs have a lot more thread on them than I thought. I may not have to buy new tires in Dec. >>>
Larry, I'm no expert here, but I think if the threads are showing, you should not wait until December to replace the tires.
Seriously though, once upon a time in traffic court, I was awaiting my turn at bat, and a girl in front of me stood up and told the judge that she was driving 85 in a 55 mph zone because she had really bad tires and she was in a hurry to get off the highway... the cop who gave her the ticket managed to keep a straight face as he said, "well, yes your honor, her tires were in pretty bad shape".
