Yeah this is a pretty messed up situation, but just reading your posts helped a bit.
1. already talked to a bunch of cops, he has a record and they are actively pursuing him.
2. im not gonna shoot/stab anyone lol
3. i have been in martial arts and kickboxing since i was 8, so fighting was not the issue, being rushed and held down was the problem.
4. they are cowards, and im over it, i am however, going to retaliate, that paint stripper sounded like fun.
