He is the owner and President of Phoenix Performance and co-owner of the 2 Subaru Spec.B cars that are the Subaru Road Racing Team. These were fully race-prepared by Phoenix Performance in Phoenixville, PA. (about 25 miles north of Morgantown)
He works closely with James Han, Subaru of America Manufacturer's Liasion.
I have had many conversations with both of these fine gentleman.
