If you read all the posts you will see there is an element of truth in what you surmise.

Read Earl's post above. The Mods have been reluctant to interfere [other than advise and warn] in personal "battles" as you put it. For this reason we have been reluctant to hand out "time-outs", we don't want to restrict free speech, nor do we particularly want to be bolshie.

However in future this will change. Anybody who winds up another member who has had time out will himself get time out. Pretty quickly.

That way the playing field will be levelled. Both will be eligible for a ban.

Maybe that way they will both wake up and play by the rules that everyone else observes.

This is not the place for battles. Play on some other forum if that's your style.
