I used my oven and a heat gun for the part of the light bar that stuck out of my oven to heat the glue up enough to separate the halves of the rear light bar. Inside there was a plastic diffuser and then the thin plastic piece w/ the logo on it. As suggested somewhere else, I used fingernail polish remover and a rag to scrub off the logo. I think strait acetone would have been more efficient. I had to lay tissue paper over what I wanted to remove and soak it w, polish remover for about 5 minutes before I could scrub it off. I left some marks in the plastic from where I was rubbing too hard at first, so some plastic polish made it all better. Just heat it all back up and squeeze it together. It may be too hot for some hands, so some cloth gloves could come in handy.
