Just one more thought.
What is you order the sticker for the site. Have the sender write you a letter stating ....Tom, here is your official SVX membership sticker you have order and thank you for being a part of our site and supporting our efforts....
Fax the letter and sticker to your ins comp. I am sure they would accept it. After all you are a member here and you did purchase something that helps support the site. Maybe make a donation on the Fund Raiser Sticky as well and get a letter for as receipt for the donation....
