It looks like the race is flush up against a back stop so there is nowhere to place the driving tool except inside the race where the rollers had been. The front of the race was held in by a snap ring which is now out. The back of it seems to be up against a lip, so I don't have a good surface to drive against.

I usually use the bearing itself, but if you have something that will fit inside the cup of the race, you can use that, it will just press out. The race is pretty thick, you aren't going to force it outwards enough to make it not come out.
