I just replied to an email he sent me with the same pictures and questions. I'm a little bit perplexed by the cover being hitachi and the innerds being jecs. Between that and never seeing an ecu like that in a US spec SVX my reply was actually a question rather than an answer...What's the history of this car? Where did it come from?
It seems unlikely it's a US spec SVX ECU. I'm curious what it is.
If the car is a US spec SVX I would just get a used US spec SVX ECU rather than messing with this one. They are as close to free as you can get.
