Removing/Inserting the Flange Bolt From the Trailing Link

Hey All,

A friend and I have been taking apart my 1992's Suspension in order to replace all the bushings with the poly bushings in the Polish Bushing Kit. The suspension came apart suprisingly easily other than one set of bolts:

Flange bolt that connects the Trailing Link to the Rear Subframe.

We were able to break the bushings free of the trailing link and pull it over the bolt, so they are out, but the flange bolt, washer and bushing were still there. We still weren't able to get the bolts to break, so with a lack of other Ideas, we cut the flange bolt on one side to get it out.

When we checked to put a new bolt back in though. We found that we couldn't get the bolt through the trailing arm, as it hits the inside of the wheel well.

So, how do we get those bolts in and out? Do we need to cut a hole in the wheel well to get the bolts out? Or is there some other trick to get them out that I don't know about?

Thanks!
