I guess that's a possibility, but I don't make short trips. I auto or key start, idle a few minutes til the dash thermo tells me I've got heat (or after the acc belt stops squealing), then I head to work or home, which is about 15 minutes at speed limit (40-50).
I don't think it gets
that cold to be detrimental but it's worth investigating.
What's this about throttle sensor input? You think it could be malfunctioning?
