Guys, this is an amazing feature. I went there and had a nice little chat with Scott. He was putting the system through its paces. It is sooooo freakin' cool, and should cut down on some of the "bugaboos" that we've been experiencing. He was working with three other customers while he was chatting with me. And, it is soo cool that he can actually enter your parts, send you to your cart, add to your cart if you ask him too, and at the end of your chat, you simply confirm the order.
I hope that it expidites matters -- Scott even told me that he's been talking to Subaru about DROP SHIPPING (I've been giving them hell for years about not having drop shipping and "the squeaky wheel" may finally be getting some grease).
Don't count 'em out yet, they've still got the best prices on parts I can find. (AND NO, I DON'T GET A COMMISSION AT ALL ON ANY PARTS SOLD FROM SUBARUPARTS.COM -- but, I wouldn't turn down a donation to the Network if it were offered.
