update
got the car started....the split spade ground wasnt making a good connection and thus no start....so thanks gbianchi and dragoontwo
as for the trans seeming not to work, the trans was empty! i didnt drain the trans when i was R&R but it did leak out the lines so i must have lost that much in the 2 days i was working.
just thought i would end the thread as i hate unfinished threads lol
